Our clocks are picked, packed and dispatched on the next working day following an order and delivery time frame for UK orders is around 5-7 days.
International orders will take around 10-15 days.
Losses/Damages:
In the event of a clock being lost in transit, the options are a refund or replacement.
If a clock arrives damaged, it will have to be returned via our free return process.
Express delivery upgrade option:
Service only available for UK orders. Next day (before 1pm) delivery available on orders made before 10pm – Monday to Thursday.
We send orders out the day after the following working day if the order received after 10pm.
An Order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (If not a bank holiday).
